The journey of SNN Food as a trader was established in the year 1975 by Sri Venkatachalapathy in Kolar district. In 1979 Sri Venkatachalapathy moved to Bangalore and began his wholesale rice shop with the business name NN. Continuing on his inspiration he also started with onion in 1995. Later his two young sons N.V Vinod and N.V Sandeep joined the business and with their dynamic and strategy plans took the business to next level. And soon SNN was the no.1 seller of onions in Karnataka. As they steadily expanded their business, they started exporting onions and rice under the name SNNE to Sri Lanka, Dubai, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, and Malaysia. In 2018 they achieved a star export house by govt. of India. With self-determination and persistent hard work, they decided to launch its own brand SNN Foods focusing on food products like spices, masala, and snacks.
SNNE has a distribution network across India. It makes sales in both rural and urban markets. It has a strong sales team of over 200 staffs spread across particular areas. It had more than 100 distributors of rural and urban areas to cover more than 3,00,000 retail outlets in Bangalore and outside Bangalore. Its collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment system with our strong team leading to reduce the inventory levels.
